For local online orders,

We accept return within 7 days upon delivery. Please note that the return shipping cost will not be refunded. After 7 business days all sales are final. 

Items must be clean (no dirt, perfume or make-up stains), unworn, unwashed, labels and tags are intact to be eligible for exchange and returns.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us is in an unsuitable condition (not in its original condition or damaged), or after 7 days upon delivery, we may have to send it back to you. No refunds will be issued.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 1-3 days. Full refund less payment processing fees per item. No store credits.

For Exchanges, 

We only accept local exchanges only. You may make a one-time exchange of the same item or any available items of equal value if the size, colour or style isn’t suitable within 7 days upon delivery. The processing fee will be waived if you exchange for the same item or for item(s) of equal value.

Steps to exchange:
1. Place a new order for item(s) you wish to exchange to.
2. Submit return form digitally here and we will contact you shortly with shipment guidelines and return address after your submission. 
3. Proceed to return the item(s) from your original order.
4. The full amount of the returned item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after verifying your return.

Please note that the return shipping cost will not be refunded and In-person exchanges is not available at this time. 

 

Important note:

Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned. Items purchased with any form of discounts, discounts obtained from discount codes, promotional discounts or marked as Final Sale, and altered items are not eligible for returns. 

 

We advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we are not able to guarantee any missing mails.
