For local online orders,

We accept exchange and return within 7 days upon delivery. You may opt to return in-store at GÉNUE Boutique or via postage. Please note that the return shipping cost will not be refunded. After 7 business days all sales are final. 

Items must be in the following conditions to be eligible for exchange and returns:

  • Clean (no dirt, perfume or make-up stains)

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Labels and tags are intact

Reuse the original packaging, if possible, and mail to the address below:

Important note:

Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned. Items purchased with any form of discounts or marked as Final Sale, and altered items are not eligible for returns. You are welcome to do in-store exchange for an alternative size only, subject to availability.

We advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we are not able to guarantee any missing mails.

For Online Orders,
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 2 to 5 days. Full refund less payment processing fees per item. No store credits.

For In-Store Purchases,
We accept exchange and return within 7 days upon date of purchase. Should you exchange for items of different value, you will be required to top up the differences if your exchanged item is of a higher value and no refunds will be made if the exchanged item is of a lower value. Full refunds will be processed by way of store credit in the form of a GÉNUE Gift Card which will be issued to your preferred email. GÉNUE Gift Card will be valid for 180 days. We do not provide refunds for in-store purchases in the form of cash or via your original payment method.
