Self Collection

Self Collection is available at GÉNUE Boutique. 

Self collection orders are to be processed within 1-2 business days. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Note that if collection is not done in a week’s time, item will be delivered to you automatically without charges.

Domestic Shipping

For local courier, there will be a flat fee of SGD 4.50. We provide complimentary local delivery on orders over S$55.

All domestic orders are delivered within 2-4 business days excluding weekends and holidays. 

 

International Shipping

We provide complimentary international delivery on orders over S$250. For orders below S$250, please refer to our international delivery rates.

All international orders are delivered within 3-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. 

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, handling costs, and other fees. Please do note that our shipping rates do not include any of these duties or taxes that may be incurred and recipients are responsible for these charges.

If an order is returned to us due to an inaccurate delivery address provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, recipients are responsible for the full cost of redelivery.
