We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join us on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in supporting the brand’s growth and elevating it’s digital presence across social media platforms through managing, planning and executing thoughtful and refreshing content in accordance to the brand’s aesthetics.

Responsibilities

-- Plan and schedule of the content calendar and creation of creative briefs for campaigns and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
-- Conceptualise, brainstorm and execute the creation of content assets for various social channels in accordance to the brand’s aesthetics, implementing clear goals to increase online and/or offline traffic and conversion
-- Plan and involve in content creation for social channels including pre-shoot preparations, site recce, location bookings, photoshoots, video shoots and post-production
-- Creating and executing all relevant creative social artworks across different medium
-- Write compelling and creative copy and storyline to generate traffic and calls to action
-- Monitor, track, analyse and report on social media performance to optimise for efficient growth
-- Assist in developing effective marketing strategies including sourcing, creating opportunities for
partnerships with relevant media outlets and KOLs, and assisting in the creation of PR kits.
-- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
-- Research and analyse new and fresh ways to approach and execute social media content
-- Be involved in other ad-hoc special projects, pop-ups, duties and assignments

Requirements

-- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Development
-- Diploma or degree in Arts, Communications, Business Marketing, or any other related fields
-- Have a strong understanding of the local and general fashion landscape and trends, branding and marketing
-- Strong hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, creative art direction, content writing, and digital marketing
-- Execellent copywriting and verbal communication skills
-- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop/ illustrator/ Premiere) and Microsoft Office
-- Knowledge of basic photography with a strong visual eye for balance and composition
-- Dependable team player who can work independently and proactively
-- Well-versed in design fundamentals with an intuitive grasp of colour, graphic composition, design and typography
-- A strong and highly creative thinker with the ability to be adapt and multi-task
-- A curious and an open-minded individual who can think out of the box and is not afraid to try new things
-- Understands the brand aesthetics and values
-- Knowledge of FB/IG Ads, SEO/SEM, Adwords is a plus!
